If your product arrives damaged, or you receive the incorrect product, we would be happy to send you a replacement!


Any item not in its original condition, that is severely damaged or missing crucial parts for reasons not due to our error, will be looked into by us.


To make a claim for a replacement when your product arrived damaged or that you received the incorrect product, contact us at info@southbeachshades.co
You must include an image showing the product and it's damage, the product name and variant, and your order number (available in your SMS or email order and shipping confirmation messages)
We cannot guarantee that all items reported will be replaceable, but we will certainly look into any report.


We do not offer any returns or refunds on any of the products on our store. All sales are final.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
