If your product arrives damaged, or you receive the incorrect product, we would be happy to send you a replacement!
Any item not in its original condition, that is severely damaged or missing crucial parts for reasons not due to our error, will be looked into by us.
To make a claim for a replacement when your product arrived damaged or that you received the incorrect product, contact us. You must include an image showing the product and its damage, the product name and variant, and your order number (available in your SMS or email order and shipping confirmation messages). We cannot guarantee that all items reported will be replaceable, but we will certainly look into any report.
We do not offer any returns or refunds on any of the products on our store. All sales are final.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
