Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only ship domestically from within the United States.

 

Are my payments secure?

Yes.

We don't have access to your payment details. All payments are processed by a third party authorized payment processor via Shopify.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

 

How can I track my order?

When your order is processed, our warehouse will send a tracking number from USPS or UPS. You'll receive an email when your order is on the way.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 12-24 hours, and take from 2-10 days to arrive, depending on your selected shipping speed.

We offer standard and rush shipping. Shipping is calculated based on the number and type of items in your cart and your shipping speed.
